The ASICS Gel-Contend 10 trainers are designed for adult men seeking a reliable, entry-level running shoe that prioritizes comfort and everyday durability. Featuring signature GEL cushioning technology and a breathable synthetic upper, these trainers offer an excellent balance of support and agility for casual runners and gym-goers alike, though they are specifically engineered for moderate activity levels rather than professional-grade endurance racing.

The shoes come with a standard removable insole. If you require specific arch support, you can easily remove the stock insole and replace it with your own orthotics.
It is not recommended to machine wash them, as the agitation and heat can damage the GEL cushioning and synthetic materials. Surface cleaning with a damp cloth is best.
The Gel-Contend 10 is designed as a reliable daily trainer for casual running, walking, and gym use, rather than a specialized shoe for elite long-distance marathon racing.
Yes, the durable rubber outsole is designed for excellent traction, making them stable on standard gym surfaces and paved paths.
ASICS trainers generally follow standard sizing. We recommend measuring your foot in the afternoon when it is at its largest and comparing it against the manufacturer's size chart.
No, the synthetic upper is designed for breathability, which means it is not waterproof and may absorb water during heavy rain.
Remove the insole, ensure the interior of the shoe is clean and dry, and press it firmly back into place.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface debris before wiping with a damp cloth.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, it is recommended to keep them dry and away from direct heat sources. Because the insole is removable, it can be taken out after particularly intense sessions to air out separately, which helps manage moisture and prevent odors. For cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap; avoid submerging them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the synthetic adhesives. Ensure the lacing is adjusted to your preferred tension before your first run to allow the synthetic upper to naturally conform to your foot shape.
