The ASICS Patriot GS trainers are designed for active children who need reliable support and durability for daily training sessions and casual wear. These neutral road running shoes focus on comfort for developing feet, providing a stable platform for kids on the go, though they are specifically optimized for road running and may lack the specialized traction required for technical trail terrain.

The Patriot GS features a standard fit. If your child has very wide feet, you may want to consult our sizing guide or consider an alternate model.
No. Heat from a dryer can warp the sole and damage the adhesive materials used in the shoe construction.
These are unisex trainers, designed to provide the same level of performance and support regardless of gender.
It is generally recommended to replace running shoes every 300 to 500 miles, or sooner if the outsole tread becomes visibly worn down.
Yes, the internal sockliner is typically removable to allow for easier cleaning or the insertion of custom orthotics if needed.
Check if the laces are overtightened or if the child's feet have grown; ensure the insole is flat and not bunched.
Clean the bottom of the soles thoroughly with warm water to remove debris or dried mud that may be obscuring the tread.
Remove the inner sockliner and let the shoes air out in a dry, shaded place; use shoe deodorizing inserts if necessary.
To ensure your ASICS Patriot GS trainers last, proper care is essential. Always ensure the size is appropriate for your child's current foot development; a thumb's width of space at the toe is recommended. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after use. If the shoes become muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the shoes or using a washing machine, as high temperatures and agitation can damage the structural adhesives. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators.
