Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation is key to a long-lasting finish. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from loose paint, grease, or wax. If painting over raw wood or metal, apply an appropriate primer first to ensure maximum bond strength. For previously painted surfaces, a light sand (using 240-grit sandpaper) is recommended to promote adhesion. During application, keep the room well-ventilated and apply in thin, even coats to prevent drips. For ongoing care, allow the paint to fully cure—typically several days—before deep cleaning. Once cured, a soft, damp cloth with mild soapy water is sufficient to remove dust or light marks.
