The Under Armour UA Assert 11 trainers are designed for adult males seeking a versatile shoe for neutral running with a focus on flexibility and cushioning. Their key benefit lies in the Charged+ midsole for superior softness and all-day comfort, with a caveat that they are best suited for general training rather than high-performance athletic events. Key features include an athletic mesh upper with leather overlays, a soft anti-microbial sockliner, and a durable rubber outsole with flex grooves for enhanced toe-off. The upper also incorporates at least 30% recycled content, appealing to environmentally conscious consumers.

The UA Assert 11 comes in a regular fit. While they offer comfort for many, individuals with significantly wide feet might find them snug. It's recommended to try them on if possible or consider shoes specifically designed for wide widths.
The Assert 11 provides good cushioning for general use and moderate runs. For marathon distances, consider specialized running shoes designed for long-distance performance and advanced support.
The upper of the UA Assert 11 contains at least 30% recycled content.
These trainers are designed for neutral runners and offer a balance of flexibility and cushioning. They are not specifically designed for high-arched or over-pronating feet.
Gently clean the mesh upper with a soft brush, mild soap, and cool water. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing.
The Assert 11 series generally focuses on providing a balance of cushioning and flexibility for everyday training and moderate running, often incorporating sustainable materials.
Ensure you have the correct size. If new, wear them for short periods to allow them to break in. Consider using thinner socks.
The midsole cushioning may naturally decrease with extensive use. For optimal performance, consider replacing trainers after significant mileage or wear.
Clean the outsole to remove any dirt or debris that may be affecting traction. Ensure the shoes are appropriate for the surface you are using them on.
Setup: These trainers require no specific setup out of the box. Simply ensure they are the correct size and fit for your feet.
Compatibility: The UA Assert 11 is designed for general athletic use and is compatible with most fitness activities. They are best suited for individuals with a neutral foot pronation.
