Try a double knot or re-lace using a more secure lacing technique. Ensure laces are dry, as wet laces can loosen more easily.
Adjust the lacing to ensure an even pressure distribution. Check that the sockliner is properly seated. Ensure you are using the correct shoe size and width.
The cushioning may naturally lessen with extensive use. For optimal performance, consider replacing trainers after 300-500 miles or when visible wear is apparent.
Ensure the rubber outsole is clean. For very smooth or wet surfaces, reduced traction may occur. These shoes are best suited for standard training environments.
Setup: These trainers are ready to wear out of the box. Ensure they fit comfortably; adjust the standard tie laces for a secure yet comfortable fit without overtightening.
Compatibility: Designed for neutral runners, they are compatible with various running surfaces including roads, treadmills, and gym floors. They are suitable for adult males.
