The Under Armour UA Assert 11 trainers are designed for adult males seeking a balance of flexibility and cushioning for everyday training and running. The key benefit is their versatile performance with excellent cushioning and durable traction, though they may not be specialized for elite-level speed training. This guide provides comprehensive information on their features, use, and care.

The UA Assert 11 are designed with a standard fit. If you have significantly wide feet, they might feel snug. It's recommended to try them on or check for available wide-fit options if offered.
The leather overlays provide structural support to the midfoot area, enhancing stability and durability without adding excessive weight.
These trainers are classified as 'NEUTRAL' and are best for runners who need a balance of flexibility and cushioning. If you have significant pronation or supination, you might need a shoe with more specific stability features.
The Charged+ cushioning provides all-day comfort, making them suitable for moderate distances. However, for marathon-level distances, runners might prefer shoes specifically engineered for prolonged high-mileage support and advanced cushioning technologies.
The upper of the UA Assert 11 contains at least 30% recycled content.
The antimicrobial sockliner helps to inhibit the growth of odor-causing microbes, keeping your feet feeling fresher for longer and enhancing step-in comfort.
Wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow them to break in and conform to your feet. Gentle stretching can also help.
The Charged+ cushioning is designed for durability, but intense use will eventually lessen its responsiveness. For prolonged high-impact activities, consider replacing them after significant wear.
While the rubber sole offers good grip, extreme wet conditions can reduce traction. Exercise caution on slippery surfaces. Clean the sole periodically to remove debris that might affect grip.
Setup: These trainers require no specific setup out of the box; simply lace them up and wear them. Ensure the laces are adjusted for a comfortable, secure fit.
Compatibility: Designed for adult males, these trainers are suitable for neutral runners and general athletic activities. They are compatible with various athletic socks.
