The Under Armour Assert 11 Trainers are designed for adult males seeking a versatile shoe for training activities that offers a balance of flexibility and cushioning. Its key benefit is providing all-day comfort and reliable traction, though the athletic mesh upper might offer less protection in wet conditions. Key features include a breathable athletic mesh upper with leather overlays for support, Charged+ midsole cushioning for softness, and a durable rubber outsole with flex grooves for optimal toe-off. A plush, anti-microbial sock liner enhances step-in comfort, and the upper incorporates at least 30% recycled content.

The Assert 11 is designed as a versatile trainer with a balance of flexibility and cushioning. While suitable for light jogging, they are not specifically engineered for long-distance running and may lack the specialized support and cushioning required for such activities.
These are neutral shoes, designed for individuals with a neutral gait. If you have flat feet and require pronation support, these may not be the best fit. It's recommended to consult with a footwear specialist for gait analysis and personalized recommendations.
The upper of the Assert 11 trainers contains at least 30% recycled content.
Spot clean the athletic mesh upper using a soft cloth or brush with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid machine washing or excessive soaking.
A NEUTRAL shoe designation means it's built for runners and trainers who need a balance of flexibility and cushioning, and typically do not require pronation control features.
The Under Armour Assert 11 trainers weigh approximately 10.2 oz.
Adjust the standard tie laces. Ensure the lacing pattern distributes pressure evenly. If still uncomfortable, consider if this is the correct size or width.
The Charged+ midsole is designed for durability. If cushioning significantly degrades, it may be time to replace the shoes, especially if used frequently for high-impact activities.
Ensure the rubber outsole is clean and free from debris. For increased traction on specific surfaces, consider the environment for which the shoe is intended (training/light running).
Setup: These trainers come ready to wear. Ensure they are laced to your preferred tightness using the standard tie laces for a secure fit.
Compatibility: Designed as a neutral training shoe, they are suitable for individuals with a neutral gait. They are ideal for gym workouts, cross-training, light running, and everyday athletic wear.
