FAQs
What makes the 'Hands-Free Slip-ins®' feature work?
Skechers Hands-Free Slip-ins® feature an exclusive design with a padded collar and our Heel Pillow™ that holds your foot securely in place, allowing you to easily slip the shoe on without needing to use your hands.
How do I know if the Memory Foam™ insole will be comfortable for me?
Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles are designed to contour to the individual shape of your foot, providing personalized cushioning and pressure relief. They are generally suitable for most foot types seeking enhanced comfort.
Can I wash these shoes in a washing machine?
It is not recommended to machine wash these shoes. Hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap, followed by air drying, is the best method to preserve the materials and shape.
What does 'BOBS® from Skechers® is committed to saving the lives of pets in need' mean?
This means that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of BOBS® from Skechers® products is donated to animal welfare organizations to help save and rehome pets.
Are these shoes suitable for running or intense athletic activities?
The BOBS Geo Lite - Divine Pace is designed primarily for casual wear and everyday comfort. While they offer good cushioning, they are not intended for high-impact athletic activities that require specialized support.
How do I clean the knit upper?
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the knit upper. For light stains, a very mild soap solution can be applied with the cloth. Always allow the shoes to air dry completely.
What is the main benefit of the Heel Pillow™?
The Heel Pillow™ is a unique design element that enhances comfort and provides a secure fit by cradling the heel, preventing slipping and adding a plush sensation.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too tight initially
This is common with Memory Foam insoles. Wear them for short periods around the house to allow the insole to mold to your foot. The knit upper also offers some flexibility.
Difficulty slipping foot in
Ensure your heel is properly aligned with the Heel Pillow™. Sometimes a slight angle adjustment helps. The shoe is designed for slip-in ease, so consistent difficulty might indicate an incorrect size or a unique foot shape.
Slight odor after wear
Allow shoes to air out between wears. Use antiperspirant foot spray or powder if needed. Ensure they are completely dry after cleaning.
