FAQs
What makes the 'Hands Free Slip-ins®' feature work?
The design incorporates a specially molded heel and a supportive structure that allows you to slide your foot in without touching the shoe with your hands. The Heel Pillow™ also contributes to keeping the shoe in place.
How does the Skechers Memory Foam™ insole feel?
The Memory Foam™ insole conforms to the unique shape of your foot, providing personalized cushioning and comfort that helps reduce pressure points.
Are these shoes suitable for running or athletic training?
These sneakers are primarily designed for casual wear and walking. The knit upper and slip-on design offer comfort for everyday activities but may not provide the necessary support for high-impact athletic training or running.
What is the 'BOBS® from Skechers®' commitment?
BOBS® from Skechers® partners with animal welfare organizations to help save the lives of pets in need. A portion of the proceeds from each BOBS® purchase goes towards these efforts.
How should I clean the knit upper?
Gently spot clean the knit upper with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the material. Allow to air dry.
What are the main benefits of the Heel Pillow™?
The Heel Pillow™ provides extra padding and a secure, comfortable fit around the heel, preventing slippage and enhancing overall comfort during wear.
Can I wear these shoes with different types of socks?
Yes, you can wear them with or without socks. They are designed for comfort with or without hosiery. If you prefer socks, thin to medium-weight ankle or no-show socks typically work best.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel too loose or too tight
While designed for a slip-on fit, ensure you are wearing the correct size. For minor looseness, consider using thin insoles or heel grips. For tightness, wear with socks for a short period to allow the materials to adapt.
Difficulty slipping foot in initially
The Heel Pillow™ is designed to provide a snug fit. Gently pull the back tab and slightly flex your foot as you slide it in. The fit will likely become easier with use.
White material showing dirt or scuffs
For minor marks, use a damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild soap for spot cleaning. For tougher stains, a specialized shoe cleaner for knit materials may be used sparingly, following product instructions.
