FAQs
How do the Hands Free Slip-ins® work?
The shoes feature a specially designed heel that allows you to slide your foot in without bending down or using your hands. The Heel Pillow™ helps keep the shoe in place once your foot is inside.
Can I wear these for running or intense exercise?
These trainers are designed for casual wear and light walking. They offer comfort and cushioning but may not provide the specialized support and durability required for high-impact activities like running.
How do I ensure the correct fit?
Refer to the size chart for Skechers women's footwear. The knit upper offers some flexibility, but ensure there is no pinching or excessive looseness.
What is the BOBS® from Skechers® initiative?
It is a program where Skechers donates to animal welfare organizations to help save the lives of pets in need.
How often can I machine wash these trainers?
It is recommended to wash them as needed when they appear dirty. Frequent washing can accelerate wear, so spot cleaning is preferred for minor dirt.
Are these trainers waterproof?
No, the polyester knit upper is not waterproof. They are designed for dry conditions and are machine washable for cleaning.
What material is the outsole made of?
The product information does not specify the exact material of the outsole, but it is designed for casual walking and everyday use.
Troubleshooting
Shoes feel slightly tight initially.
The knit upper will stretch slightly with wear. If still uncomfortable, ensure you are not overfilling the shoe and are using the Heel Pillow™ correctly.
Difficulty slipping foot in.
Ensure the heel is fully collapsed before inserting your foot. Try wearing thin socks initially if needed.
Marks or stains on the polyester upper.
For minor marks, use a damp cloth with mild soap. For more significant stains, follow the machine wash instructions.
Insole loses cushioning over time.
The Skechers Memory Foam™ insole may compress over extended use. This is normal wear and tear. Consider replacing the insoles if significant discomfort arises.
