FAQs
How do I use the Hands Free Slip-ins feature?
Simply step into the shoe, using the Heel Pillow to guide your foot in. The design allows you to slide your foot in without needing to bend or use your hands.
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The knit upper offers some flexibility. However, if you have significantly wide feet, you may want to try them on or consider other Skechers models specifically designed for wider widths.
Can I wear these for running or intense workouts?
These sneakers are designed for casual wear, comfort, and light activity. They are not intended for high-impact sports or intense athletic training.
What is the purpose of the laces?
The laces on the BOBS Geo Lite - Divine Pace Sneaker are decorative and do not function for tightening or loosening the shoe. The fit is determined by the Hands Free Slip-ins design and the Heel Pillow.
How often should I machine wash these sneakers?
It's best to machine wash them only when necessary to maintain their material integrity and appearance. Frequent washing can accelerate wear and tear.
What makes the BOBS from Skechers commitment important?
BOBS from Skechers partners with pet welfare organizations. Your purchase helps fund efforts to save and improve the lives of animals in need.
Can I replace the insoles?
Yes, the Skechers Memory Foam insoles are removable, allowing you to insert custom orthotics or different insoles if desired.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty slipping foot into shoe
Ensure the Heel Pillow is not obstructed. Try wearing thinner socks or ensure the shoe is fully open before inserting your foot. If persistent, consider a half-size larger.
Insole feels too soft or lacks support
The Memory Foam is designed for softness. For added support, consider purchasing separate insoles designed for higher arch support and placing them inside the sneaker.
Shoe feels slightly loose after wearing
While designed for slip-on convenience, the lacing is for aesthetic purposes. The Heel Pillow should provide a secure fit. If there's excessive looseness, consider a half-size smaller or adding an insole.
Machine washing resulted in damage
Always use a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry. Avoid harsh detergents or high heat. Use a mesh bag to protect the shoes during the wash.
