The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 is a high-performance trainer designed for runners who want a fast, smooth ride without sacrificing comfort. Featuring advanced PWRRUN PB cushioning and a redesigned propulsion plate, this model excels at tempo runs and daily training sessions. While its responsive nature makes it perfect for speed work, runners seeking a traditional, soft-cushion walking shoe may find it firmer than expected.

Yes, its lightweight design and energy-efficient foam make it a popular choice for half to full marathon distances.
No, this model utilizes a redesigned nylon-based propulsion plate to balance speed with a slightly more flexible feel than carbon.
Generally, PWRRUN PB foam provides excellent durability for 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The Kissaten edition features a specific floral teacup print; confirm your selected size and color variant matches your preference.
The internal sockliner is removable, which typically allows for the insertion of most standard orthotic insoles.
The shoe is optimized for road and track surfaces; avoid trail or excessively uneven terrain.
Nylon materials will naturally adapt to foot movement; ensure your laces are snug but not overtightened to prevent pressure points.
To ensure the best performance, verify your UK sizing before the first run; the Endorphin Speed 5 fits standard to size. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or debris from the outsole. Wipe the nylon upper with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent material damage. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can degrade the specialized foam and adhesive bonds.
