ASICS GEL-CONTEND 9 Running Shoes - Black/White - 11.5 UK

The ASICS GEL-CONTEND 9 is primarily designed for road running and general fitness activities on hard, even surfaces. Its outsole may not provide sufficient grip or protection for uneven or rocky trail terrain.

Refer to ASICS's sizing guide for accurate measurements. It's recommended to measure your feet at the end of the day when they are typically largest. Ensure there is a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the shoe's end.

Yes, the ORTHOLITE insole is removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics or aftermarket insoles if desired, provided they are of a similar thickness to maintain a proper fit.

Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300-500 miles (480-800 kilometers) or when you notice significant wear on the outsole or a loss of cushioning and support. This can vary based on your running style, weight, and the surfaces you run on.

No, the Jacquard mesh upper is designed for breathability and is not waterproof. The shoes are not intended for use in wet conditions where water resistance is required.

The GEL-CONTEND series typically offers a balance of cushioning, durability, and value, making it a great option for beginners or everyday runners. Other series might offer more advanced features for specific performance needs, such as racing or stability.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. Try wearing them with different thicknesses of socks. If the issue persists, consider if the shoe's width or shape is not compatible with your foot.

The cushioning materials, such as AMPLIFOAM and GEL, may naturally compress over time. For optimal performance, consider replacing the shoes after approximately 300-500 miles of running or when noticeable wear is present.

Avoid excessive force or abrasion against rough surfaces. Clean gently with a damp cloth. If tearing occurs, it may indicate the shoe has reached the end of its lifespan for intense activity.
