- Induction
- Electric
- Gas

- Halogen
- Solid Fuel
It is also oven safe up to 260°C.
Care and Cleaning:
- Hand Wash Only: To maintain the integrity of the enamel coating and prevent damage, always hand wash the skillet.
- Use Warm Soapy Water: Clean with a soft sponge or cloth and warm, soapy water.
- Avoid Abrasive Cleaners: Do not use steel wool, abrasive scouring pads, or harsh detergents, as these can scratch or damage the enamel.
- Stubborn Residue: For stubborn food residue, soak the skillet in warm water for a while before cleaning. A non-abrasive pan scraper can also be used.
- Dry Thoroughly: After washing, dry the skillet completely with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Cool Before Washing: Always allow the skillet to cool down before washing.
