Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your HOKA Transport Hike shoes remain in peak condition, proper care is essential. After hiking in muddy or wet conditions, remove the excess debris with a soft brush and allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, like radiators, which can damage the GORE-TEX membrane. Use the speed lace hooks to customize the tightness across the midfoot for a secure fit before setting out. When sizing, ensure you have approximately a thumb's width of space at the front of the toe box to accommodate natural foot swelling during long hikes. For ongoing maintenance, you may apply a water-repellent spray designed for synthetic fabrics to maintain the exterior water-resistant finish.
