Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA Transport Hike shoes, start by checking the fit during your first walk; the speed lace hooks should feel snug but not restrictive. If using custom orthotics, ensure they replace the existing insole to maintain proper volume. For cleaning, remove loose mud with a soft-bristled brush after every hike. If the shoes become heavily soiled, hand wash them with lukewarm water and a mild, technical-safe detergent. Always air dry your shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or fireplaces, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane and the integrity of the adhesive materials.
