Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Guide 19 trainers, proper maintenance is essential.
- Sizing: Ensure you select your standard athletic shoe size. The Guide 19 offers a standard fit that accommodates most foot shapes.
- Break-in Period: While comfortable out of the box, perform a few shorter runs to allow the foam to settle and the upper to conform to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with a soft brush after runs. If necessary, clean with a mild soap solution and a damp cloth. Do not submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine.
- Drying: Air dry the trainers at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or hair dryers, as extreme heat can degrade the cushioning materials and glues.
