The Saucony Guide 19 trainers are designed for adult runners seeking a reliable, stable, and comfortable platform for their daily training miles. Featuring a 35mm heel height and a secure lacing system, these shoes prioritize consistent support and efficiency, though their performance-focused construction may feel firmer than highly cushioned maximalist alternatives.

The Guide 19 series is known for its stability features, which are generally well-suited for runners requiring additional support for flat feet.
While designed for road running, the Guide 19 can handle track surfaces, though they are optimized for daily training rather than track-specific speed work.
Generally, running shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your weight, running surface, and individual gait.
Yes, Saucony trainers generally follow standard sizing; however, we recommend checking the size 11 fit to ensure adequate room in the toe box.
No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity and the cushioning properties of the midsole foam.
Re-lace the shoes using the top eyelet (runner's knot) to create a more secure heel lock.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth to gently remove debris; do not soak the upper.
Remove the removable sockliner after your run to allow moisture to evaporate fully from the footbed.
To ensure the best performance from your Saucony Guide 19 trainers, ensure the laces are adjusted evenly from the bottom eyelets upward to prevent pressure points. For care, keep the shoes away from extreme heat sources like radiators to prevent premature foam degradation. If the shoes become wet, remove the insoles and air dry them in a well-ventilated space. Avoid putting them in a washing machine, as high-speed agitation and detergents can compromise the integrity of the adhesive and cushioning materials.
