adidas Adizero EVO SL Trainers - White - Pink - UK 7

These trainers are designed primarily for short and medium-distance speed training. While they are inspired by marathon shoes, they may not offer the long-distance support needed for a full 26.2-mile event.

The Adizero EVO SL weighs approximately 188g, making them exceptionally lightweight for speed training.

This model features a 6.5 mm heel-to-toe drop, which encourages a efficient running stride.

While they provide great stability for running, they are specialized for forward-motion activities. You may want a different shoe with a wider base for lateral-heavy gym movements.

The mesh upper adapts to your foot, so wear your standard size. If you plan to wear thick compression socks, you may want to try them on with those to ensure adequate room.

Adjust the lacing tension, specifically at the midfoot, and ensure you are using high-quality synthetic running socks to manage moisture.

The outsole is designed for speed on asphalt. Reduce your pace and shorten your stride length when running on wet or slick surfaces to maintain traction.
