FAQs
Are these trainers suitable for running?
The adidas Ligra 8 are designed for indoor sports and may not provide the specialized cushioning and support required for dedicated running activities.
Can I wear these for outdoor training?
These trainers are optimized for indoor surfaces. Outdoor use can lead to accelerated wear and reduced performance due to the different terrain and conditions.
How do I clean mud off the trainers?
For mud, allow it to dry first, then brush off loose dirt with a soft brush. For stubborn marks, use a damp cloth with mild soap and wipe clean. Always air dry.
What type of indoor sports are these best for?
They are ideal for a variety of indoor sports such as volleyball, badminton, handball, and general fitness training on indoor courts.
Do these trainers offer arch support?
The Ligra 8 provides a comfortable fit with standard support suitable for general indoor sports. For specific or advanced arch support needs, consider adding aftermarket insoles.
What is the warranty period for these trainers?
Please refer to the retailer or manufacturer's official website for specific warranty information, as it can vary by region and purchase date.
Troubleshooting
Discomfort or rubbing
Ensure you have the correct size. If the issue persists, consider wearing thicker athletic socks or using insoles for added comfort and fit adjustment.
Slipping on court
Ensure the indoor court surface is clean and dry. The outsole is designed for optimal grip on clean indoor surfaces; dirt or moisture can reduce traction.
Premature wear on outsole
These trainers are intended for indoor use. Using them on abrasive outdoor surfaces will significantly accelerate outsole wear.

Setup: These trainers require no specific setup; they are ready to wear out of the box.
