FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
It is recommended to hand wash them using cool water and mild soap to preserve the integrity of the materials and the Vibram sole.
Can I use these for long-distance road running?
While possible, the Vapor Glove 7 has very minimal cushioning; it is better suited for shorter distances or natural movement training unless you are already accustomed to barefoot running.
Do I need to wear socks with these?
This is personal preference, but many users choose to wear thin, moisture-wicking socks or no socks at all to maximize the breathable experience.
Is the Vapor Glove 7 waterproof?
No, the engineered upper is designed for maximum breathability rather than water resistance.
How should the shoe fit?
The shoe should feel snug and secure around the midfoot thanks to the tongue design, with enough room in the toe box for your toes to splay naturally.
Troubleshooting
Feeling calf soreness after initial use
This is common when transitioning to zero-drop footwear; reduce intensity and duration to allow your muscles to adapt gradually.
Tongue shifting during activity
Ensure the burrito-style tongue is centered and pulled snugly across the midfoot before tightening the laces to secure the fit.
Accumulation of debris inside the shoe
Ensure the laces are tied firmly to maintain the snug seal created by the engineered upper.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Vapor Glove 7s, keep them clean by removing loose dirt after use. If they require a deep clean, use mild soap, cool water, and a soft-bristled brush, then air dry away from direct heat sources. Because these shoes have a minimalist fit, they are designed to be worn without thick socks; if you are wearing them for the first time, limit your initial use to short sessions to allow your feet and calf muscles to adapt to the lack of heel drop.
