Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Using your Stanley IceFlow Tumbler is straightforward, ensuring you can quickly integrate it into your hydration routine.
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging and labels from the tumbler and its components.
- Initial Wash: Before its first use, thoroughly wash the tumbler, lid, and straw with warm, soapy water, or place all components in a dishwasher.
- Fill: Add your preferred cold beverage and ice if desired. Ensure not to overfill.
- Secure Lid: Screw the leakproof lid on tightly. For transport, ensure the flip straw is fully closed and sealed in the down position to maintain its leakproof integrity.
- Hydrate: When ready to drink, simply flip the straw up.
Compatibility
- Cupholders: Designed with a width of 104mm, the tumbler is `cupholder-compatible` and fits most standard car cupholders, making it an excellent travel companion.
- Beverages: This tumbler is specifically designed for `cold and iced drinks only`. Do not use with hot beverages as the straw design is not intended for hot liquids and could lead to pressure build-up or injury.
Care
- Cleaning: The entire tumbler, including the lid and straw, is `dishwasher safe` for convenient and thorough cleaning. This simplifies maintenance and ensures hygienic use.
- Hand Washing: For detailed cleaning, especially around the straw mechanism and the lid's seals, use a bottle brush and a dedicated straw brush with warm, soapy water. Rinse all components thoroughly to remove soap residue.
- Drying: After washing, allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling to prevent any potential odor or mildew formation.
- Storage: For optimal air circulation and freshness, store the tumbler with the lid off when not in use for extended periods.
