The Stanley Iceflow Flip Straw 2.0 Jug is designed for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts who require a high-capacity hydration solution that maintains cold temperatures throughout long days. Its primary benefit is the 1900ml capacity paired with double-wall vacuum insulation, keeping water icy cold for hours, though its large size means it may not fit inside standard vehicle cup holders.

To keep your Stanley Jug in top condition, we recommend hand-washing the components rather than using a dishwasher.
The Iceflow Flip Straw series is specifically designed for cold beverages. Using hot liquids may cause pressure to build up or damage the straw mechanism.
Thanks to the double-wall vacuum insulation, your beverage will stay cold for hours, depending on the ambient temperature.
This specific model features a 1900ml capacity, ideal for long-duration activities.
Yes, standard straw replacements that fit the Iceflow 2.0 series can be used if your original straw becomes worn.
Due to its 1900ml capacity, this jug is significantly wider than standard containers and will not fit in most vehicle cup holders.
Check the straw and lid assembly for any blockages or ensure the straw is firmly connected to the underside of the lid.
Ensure the lid is screwed on tightly and the gasket is correctly seated within the lid groove.
If the exterior feels cold or sweats, the vacuum insulation may be compromised; please contact customer support for warranty evaluation.
