Product Information

Full details

The Stanley Quencher H2.0 FlowState 890ml Tumbler is designed for commuters, students, and active individuals who need reliable, long-term temperature retention for their beverages while on the go. Its primary benefit is the advanced double-wall vacuum insulation that keeps water cold for up to 9 hours or iced for up to 40 hours, providing all-day hydration. One caveat is that its 600g weight and large capacity mean it may feel bulky when full, though it is specifically engineered to fit into most standard car cup holders.

FAQs

Is the Stanley Quencher dishwasher safe?

While many parts are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain the longevity of the finish and vacuum seal.

Can I use this for hot beverages?

The Quencher is primarily designed for cold drinks; hot liquids should only be used with the lid in the closed position, and never with the straw.

Does it fit all car cup holders?

It is designed to fit most standard cup holders, but very narrow or unusually shaped holders may not accommodate the base.

How long will my drink stay cold?

This model keeps water cold for up to 9 hours and iced for up to 40 hours depending on the amount of ice used.

Is the tumbler leakproof?

The lid is spill-resistant, but it is not 100% leakproof if inverted or tipped over for an extended period.

Troubleshooting

Lid feels loose or leaks

Ensure the lid is threaded correctly onto the body and tightened firmly until the seal engages.

Straw is difficult to insert

Check the rubber gasket in the lid for debris and ensure the straw is being inserted straight through the center hole.

Condensation on the outside

If the exterior feels cold or shows condensation, the vacuum seal may be compromised; please inspect for physical damage.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent temperature retention for iced drinks
Fits most car cup holders perfectly
Versatile lid with three-position settings
Sturdy construction with a comfortable handle

Cons

Slightly heavy at 600 grams empty
Larger profile may not fit in small backpack side pockets
Not intended for hot liquids when using the straw lid

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To get the most out of your tumbler, ensure the lid is screwed on tightly before travel to activate the seal. When cleaning, disassemble the lid and remove the straw to wash all components thoroughly with warm, soapy water. While the tumbler is constructed from high-quality materials, avoid using abrasive sponges that might scratch the exterior finish. Always check that the straw is properly seated in the gasket to maintain the integrity of the FlowState mechanism.
