Troubleshooting
Foot discomfort or pressure points
Ensure the laces are not tied too tightly across the bridge of the foot and check that you have the correct size for your arch type.
Slippage in the heel
Utilize the additional top eyelet for a 'runner's loop' lacing technique to better lock the heel in place.
Exterior getting dirty
Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry mud or dust, followed by a light wipe with a damp cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your ASICS GT-2160 trainers, avoid putting them through a washing machine as this can degrade the specialized foams and adhesives. Instead, clean the exterior by wiping with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap solution if necessary. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight. Ensure you select the correct UK size, as the fit is precise to adult athletic standards. It is recommended to use dedicated athletic socks to optimize the moisture-wicking properties and fit of the interior lining.
