Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience with your Glycerin GTS 23, start by adjusting the lacing to achieve a secure fit that doesn't pinch the top of the foot. Because these trainers use high-density cushioning materials, it is recommended to let them air out in a cool, dry place after a rainy run or particularly sweaty workout to allow the internal materials to recover their shape.
For cleaning, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid putting these shoes in the washing machine or dryer, as the heat and agitation can degrade the cushioning components and structural adhesives. If you use custom orthotics, the internal footbed is typically removable to allow for an improved fit.
