Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: These trainers require no specific setup. Simply lace them up and they are ready for use. Ensure the laces are tied snugly but comfortably to allow for foot swelling during runs.
Compatibility: The Brooks Glycerin GTS 23 is designed for road running. It is compatible with most running socks. For optimal results, consider moisture-wicking socks.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your Glycerin GTS 23 trainers:
- Cleaning: Wipe down with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, remove laces and insoles, and hand wash the shoes with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes completely at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or hairdryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in damp conditions or exposing to extreme temperatures.
- Rotation: If possible, rotate your trainers with another pair to allow them to fully dry and recover between runs.
