Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Brooks Glycerin 23 Trainers are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct UK size for a comfortable fit. We recommend wearing them for a short walk or jog initially to acclimate to the cushioning and fit.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed primarily for road running and general training. They are compatible with most athletic socks. While they offer good traction, they are not specialized for trail running or extreme off-road conditions.
Care: To maintain the condition of your Glycerin 23 Trainers:
- Cleaning: Remove excess dirt with a soft brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or using harsh detergents, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a tumble dryer, which can deform the shoe.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure they are completely dry before storing to prevent odor and material degradation.
