The ON Cloudswift 4 AD trainers are designed for adult male runners seeking a smooth, lightweight experience on city streets and paved roads. These trainers excel at balancing high-level cushioning with energy return, though the performance-focused fit may feel snug for those accustomed to a wider toe box. Featuring advanced Helion superfoam and a specialized Speedboard plate, these shoes offer a responsive ride while the water-repellent upper ensures your feet stay protected during unexpected light rain.

They are water-repellent, meaning they offer protection against light rain and splashes, but they are not fully waterproof for heavy rain or submersion.
While excellent for running, the cushioning profile is optimized for forward motion; they are fine for treadmill and light lifting, but not ideal for heavy lateral stability training.
Use a soft brush and mild soap with cold water. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
The Cloudswift 4 AD features an 8mm heel-to-toe drop.
They generally run true to size, but the design is slim. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, consider sizing up by a half size.
Loosen the lacing system starting from the bottom eyelets to allow for more volume in the toe box area.
After extensive cleaning or long-term use, apply a specialized fabric water-repellent spray designed for synthetic running mesh.
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, focus on proper fit and maintenance. As these are technical road trainers, ensure you wear them with performance running socks to maintain breathability and comfort.
