Troubleshooting

Outer material getting dirty

Gently brush off loose debris when dry and wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh detergents.

Feeling of decreased responsiveness

Check if the outsole is clogged with gravel or debris, and ensure the shoe has had time to recover between intense sessions.

Slipping during runs

Ensure your laces are tensioned correctly across the midfoot to utilize the structure of the upper properly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your ON Cloudswift 4 AD trainers last, follow these maintenance tips:

Fitting: Ensure you are wearing the correct size to prevent slippage; the mesh upper provides a snug fit that conforms to the foot.
Cleaning: Hand wash the shoes using lukewarm water and a mild soap. Avoid putting them in the washing machine or dryer as this can damage the foam and bonding.
Drying: Air dry the trainers in a shaded area away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can warp the material.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the water-repellent treatment.
