Setup:
- Lacing: Ensure laces are tight but comfortable, starting from the toe and working upwards. Double-knot for security during play.
- Break-in: New boots may feel snug initially. Wear them for short periods during light training sessions to allow them to mold to your feet before competitive matches.
Compatibility:
These boots are specifically designed for Firm Natural Ground (FG) pitches. This means they are best suited for dry to slightly wet natural grass fields. Using them on artificial turf (AG) or soft ground (SG) may compromise performance, traction, and durability.
Care:
- Cleaning after use: After each session, wipe off mud and dirt using a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes that could damage the synthetic material.
- Drying: Remove insoles (if removable) and stuff the boots with newspaper to absorb moisture and help them retain their shape. Allow them to air dry at room temperature; do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can cause cracking or shrinkage.
- Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consider using a boot bag to protect them during transport.
