The North Face Nuketo Wind Jacket is an essential outer layer for outdoor enthusiasts and urban commuters who need reliable protection against blustery conditions and light moisture. Engineered with durable WindWall fabric, this lightweight jacket excels at blocking wind chill while maintaining breathability for active pursuits. While it is highly effective at shedding light gusts and drizzle, it is not intended for heavy, sustained downpours, making it a perfect piece for versatile seasonal layering.

No, it is water-resistant and windproof, designed for light showers and breezy days rather than heavy rain.
The hood features binding to keep it close to the head, but it does not have a drawcord adjustment.
It is an excellent outer layer for wind, but it lacks built-in insulation, so layering with a fleece or sweater is recommended.
There is an internal hem adjuster located inside the jacket that you can pull to tighten the fit around your waist.
It is a regular fit, providing enough room for comfortable layering without being overly baggy.
Clear any debris or fabric caught in the zipper teeth and ensure the jacket is lying flat while zipping.
The jacket is water-resistant, not waterproof. If performance fades, consider re-applying a technical DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray.
To ensure the longevity of your jacket, always close all zippers and secure the snap buttons before washing to prevent snagging. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water using a mild, technical-fabric-safe detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can degrade the technical properties of the WindWall finish. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve the fabric integrity. The jacket is designed to be a regular fit, making it highly compatible with standard base layers and light to mid-weight sweaters underneath.
