A perfect cycling shoe for riders with wide feet, featuring a polyurethane-laminated mesh upper, Boa® IP1-B dial closure, and an R4 outsole for a higher-volume fit. This all-round road cycling shoe is designed for versatility, equally at home on weekend group rides, daily training, or long granfondo rides. The Overcurve R4's classic aesthetic conceals advanced construction: a resilient polyurethane-laminated material is combined with a comfortable mesh, reducing energy loss and providing long-lasting foot support where needed. Specifically designed for riders with wider feet, the Overcurve R4 Wide offers a higher volume fit with more space in the forefoot around the ball of the foot and metatarsals. The closure system is fast, reliable, and secure, utilizing a micro-adjustable BOA® IP1 dial in an Overcurve pattern. The shoe's construction features a staggered collar that wraps around the ankle, following the natural alignment of the ankle's two bony protrusions for an asymmetrical shape. The moderately stiff R4 outsole balances comfort and pedaling efficiency, with a lower profile and structural optimization from 15% infused carbon fiber. It also provides efficient ventilation with internal channeling for effective temperature regulation. The cleat is positioned slightly further back than traditional placement to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, making it ideal for aggressive forward aero riding positions. Tempo series is designed for the most enjoyable riding experience on paved roads.
