A perfect cycling shoe for riders with wide feet, featuring a polyurethane-laminated mesh upper, Boa® IP1-B dial closure, and an R4 outsole for a higher-volume fit. This all-round road cycling shoe is designed for various riding conditions, from weekend group rides to daily training and granfondo events. The Overcurve R4 Wide offers a comfortable fit with extra room in the forefoot and around the metatarsals, specifically for riders with wider feet. Its advanced construction combines a resilient polyurethane-laminated material with a comfortable mesh to reduce energy loss and provide lasting foot support. The shoe closure is secured by a micro-adjustable BOA® IP1 dial, with an Overcurve pattern that creates a staggered collar wrapping around the ankle for natural alignment. The moderately stiff R4 outsole balances comfort and pedaling efficiency, with a lower profile and 15% infused carbon fiber for optimal performance. It also features efficient ventilation with internal channeling for temperature regulation. The cleat placement is shifted slightly backward to enhance pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, ideal for aggressive aero riding positions. The R4 outsole is constructed from carbon-injected nylon with a stiffness index of 7. Designed as part of the Tempo versatility road series, these shoes ensure an enjoyable riding experience on paved roads.
