FAQs
Are these shoes true to size?
Yes, the Adizero Evo SL utilizes a standard fit which typically aligns with standard athletic shoe sizing.
Can I use these for marathon distances?
They are designed for versatility and performance; while capable of long distances, ensure your feet are accustomed to a lower-profile, responsive shoe first.
Is this model for road or trail running?
The Adizero Evo SL is designed primarily for road surfaces and paved tracks.
How do I maintain the foam responsiveness?
Avoid leaving the shoes in extreme heat (like inside a car) to prevent premature compression or hardening of the Lightstrike Pro foam.
What is the primary difference from the Evo 1?
The Evo SL is inspired by the Evo 1 but is specifically engineered for enhanced versatility and durability for everyday training use.
Troubleshooting
Feeling of insufficient arch support
Consider swapping the factory insole for a custom orthotic insert that matches your specific foot arch needs.
Outsole collecting debris
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove stones or dirt trapped in the tread pattern after runs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Adizero Evo SL trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: While they offer an immediate comfortable fit, take a few short walks or light runs to allow the foam to adapt to your foot strike.
- Cleaning: Clean the textile upper using a soft brush and mild soap solution. Never machine wash or tumble dry, as high heat can damage the foam midsole.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can degrade the rubber outsole and upper materials over time.
- Compatibility: These are optimized for road running and track use. They are not recommended for trail running or rugged off-road terrain.
