The adidas Adizero EVO SL Trainers are engineered for adult runners who prioritize a balance of speed, lightweight comfort, and sleek style during their training sessions. Drawing inspiration from marathon world-record technology, these trainers provide excellent energy return for short-to-medium distance runs, though they may feel less structured than traditional stability-focused running shoes.

Yes, they can be machine washed at 40 degrees. It is recommended to remove insoles and laces first.
These trainers focus on lightweight performance and speed. They do not feature heavy stability components for significant arch correction.
The mesh is machine washable, but for minor spots, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap is often sufficient.
The shoes feature Lightstrike Pro, an elite-level foam designed for maximum energy return and low weight.
Try a different lacing technique, such as the window lacing method, to alleviate pressure points.
Ensure the outsoles are clean and dry; while designed for road use, these shoes perform best on dry, clean surfaces.
To ensure the best experience, secure the laces firmly across the midfoot to prevent slippage during high-intensity efforts. Given the adaptive mesh construction, ensure your size matches your standard athletic footwear measurement. For maintenance, these trainers can be machine washed at 40 degrees Celsius; always remove the laces and insoles before washing, and allow the shoes to air dry away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the foam cushioning.
