The adidas Adizero EVO SL trainers are high-performance running shoes designed for runners who prioritize speed and efficiency during short to medium-distance sessions. Inspired by record-breaking marathon footwear, these trainers utilize Lightstrike Pro cushioning to provide an explosive energy return and lightweight comfort; however, users should note that the specialized fit is geared more toward performance training than long-term casual wear.

These trainers are primarily engineered for short to medium-distance runs, though their lightweight nature can be beneficial for some athletes depending on their running style.
They are machine washable at 40 degrees. We recommend removing the laces and using a gentle cycle, then air drying them.
The Adizero EVO SL has a close-fitting performance cut. If you prefer a roomier toe box, you may want to consider trying them on or consulting a size guide.
Lightstrike Pro is a premium cushioning technology designed to be extremely light while providing high levels of energy return.
While excellent for running and light cardio, the specialized construction is optimized for forward-motion running rather than heavy lateral lifting.
Re-adjust the lace closure system, ensuring the tension is balanced from the bottom eyelets to the top.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently clear the mesh, or place the shoes in a garment bag for a 40-degree machine wash.
To achieve the best results with your Adizero EVO SL trainers, ensure the lacing is tightened evenly across the bridge of your foot to take full advantage of the internal support structure. Compatibility is generally standard for neutral runners, though the performance fit may require you to check your specific sizing requirements. To maintain the integrity of the mesh and the foam cushioning, machine wash the shoes at 40 degrees using a gentle cycle. Always allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the performance materials over time.
