Yes, the XT-6 GTX features Gore-Tex technology which provides a fully waterproof barrier.
While durable and supportive, they are primarily designed as hiking and trail trainers, which are often firmer than dedicated road running shoes.
Gently clean the surface with a damp cloth. Avoid using machine washing or tumble drying, as these can damage the waterproof coating.
Salomon trainers generally follow standard sizing; however, since these are performance shoes, it is recommended to wear the socks you intend to use for hiking when trying them on.
No, the outsole is permanently bonded to the midsole for structural integrity. If the tread wears down, it is time for a new pair.
Ensure the lace toggle is fully snapped shut and verify the drawstring is tucked securely into the lace pocket.
Loosen the drawstring fully by pressing the toggle mechanism before attempting to slide the foot into the shoe.
Use a specialized rubber brush or a pressurized water stream to dislodge debris from the Mud Contagrip lugs.
