The HOKA Bondi 9 is designed for runners and walkers seeking maximum underfoot cushioning for daily mileage and recovery efforts. It delivers a plush, resilient ride through a high-stack midsole, making it an ideal choice for those prioritizing joint protection and comfort during long periods on their feet. While it offers superior impact absorption, the significant stack height and weight profile may feel less responsive to those accustomed to streamlined, minimalist racing flats.

Try the 'runner's loop' lacing technique using the top eyelet to create a tighter lock around the ankle.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dried mud or debris from the knit vent zones after the shoes have dried.
To ensure the best performance from your Bondi 9s, utilize the traditional lacing system to distribute pressure evenly across the midfoot. Always ensure the heel is properly seated against the 3D moulded collar to prevent slippage.
