The On Running Cloudvista 3 is designed for adult male trail runners seeking a balance of agility and comfort on off-road terrain. Featuring the signature CloudTec technology combined with Helion superfoam, these trainers offer a highly responsive ride, though users should note that they are specifically optimized for trail environments rather than heavy-duty mud or extreme technical climbing.

The Cloudvista 3 is designed with a breathable mesh upper, which is excellent for airflow but does not feature a waterproof membrane.
While you can run on roads, the Missiongrip outsole and trail-specific geometry are optimized for soft ground; road use may cause premature wear of the lugs.
Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt and a damp cloth with mild soap for any remaining stains.
The Cloudvista 3 generally fits true to size for most runners, but it is recommended to have about a thumb's width of space at the front for downhill comfort.
Helion superfoam provides a balance of cushioning and energy return that remains stable across changing temperatures.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly through the eyelets to maintain a secure lock-in at the midfoot.
Check that the tongue is centered and consider using trail gaiters if running on particularly loose scree or gravel.
While Missiongrip is versatile, adjust your stride to be shorter and more vertical to maximize surface contact in slick conditions.
To ensure the longevity of your Cloudvista 3 trainers, ensure you have the correct size; the shoe features a structured lace-up system that should be tightened evenly to distribute pressure across the bridge of the foot. These shoes are compatible with standard trail running insoles if you require custom orthotics. For maintenance, remove mud and loose debris immediately after use using a soft brush. If the shoes become heavily soiled, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid putting them in a washing machine or dryer, as high heat can degrade the foam and adhesive components. Always air-dry in a cool, shaded area.
