The On Running Cloudvista 3 trainers are engineered for adult male trail runners seeking a versatile shoe that bridges the gap between technical paths and everyday running. By combining Helion superfoam cushioning with an integrated Speedboard, these shoes deliver a responsive, stable, and smooth ride across varied surfaces. While they offer excellent performance for mixed terrain, runners should note that their specific lug design is optimized primarily for trail conditions rather than deep mud or heavy road use.

The Cloudvista 3 is designed for breathability. While the upper is durable, it is not listed as waterproof or water-resistant.
While they can handle short stretches of road, the Missiongrip outsole will wear down faster on tarmac than on soft trails.
You should have about a thumbnail's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to account for foot swelling during exercise.
The upper is constructed from high-quality, durable polyester for optimal airflow and strength.
They offer a balanced, neutral structure with the Speedboard acting as a stabilizing element for the midfoot.
Generally, running shoes lose their optimal cushioning properties between 300 and 500 miles, depending on the intensity of the terrain.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clear stones or mud from the Missiongrip outsole channels after each run.
Try the 'runner's loop' or 'heel lock' lacing technique to secure the ankle collar more firmly.
The Speedboard requires a short break-in period; wear the shoes for a few short walks before committing to longer trail runs.
To ensure your On Running Cloudvista 3 trainers last, always double-knot the laces to maintain a consistent fit throughout your run. The shoes are built for neutral pronation, so ensure this model matches your gait profile for maximum comfort. For care, avoid machine washing; instead, remove the insoles and wash them separately by hand. Wipe the polyester upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove trail dust. Always let the shoes air-dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high temperatures can degrade the foam properties.
