The On Running Cloudvista 3 is designed for adult male trail runners seeking a versatile shoe that balances off-road stability with everyday comfort. Featuring signature CloudTec cushioning and a high-traction outsole, it is an excellent choice for those tackling varied technical terrain, though the performance-focused design may feel stiffer on paved surfaces compared to dedicated road trainers.

While they can handle road sections, the Missiongrip outsole is optimized for trails; extensive road use may accelerate wear on the lugs.
These trainers follow standard UK sizing. It is recommended to allow for a thumb's width of space at the front of the shoe to accommodate foot swelling during long runs.
Yes, the insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics if preferred.
The upper is made of breathable mesh for ventilation and is not marketed as waterproof.
Depending on usage, surface, and runner weight, the performance foam typically maintains its integrity for 400 to 500 miles.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly through the eyelets and consider using gaiters if running on particularly sandy or loose-gravel trails.
Clean the outsole lugs with a brush to remove packed mud and debris that may be obstructing the grip pattern.
Try re-lacing the trainers using the top eyelet (runner's loop) to increase heel lockdown and alleviate pressure on the forefoot.
To ensure the best experience, adjust the laces before your first run to secure your midfoot without restricting blood flow. Because this shoe features a specialized polyester mesh, it is important to keep them clean to maintain breathability. If your shoes become muddy, allow the mud to dry before brushing it off with a soft-bristled brush. Hand wash with cold water and mild soap if necessary; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the integrity of the CloudTec elements and the adhesive materials. Always air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight.
