FAQs

Are these clogs true to size?

Yes, they generally follow standard children's sizing, but it is recommended to reference the size chart to account for the loose, comfortable fit typical of Crocs.

Can I remove the Mario and Luigi Jibbitz?

Yes, the Jibbitz are removable, allowing you to reposition them or swap them for different designs.

Can these be put in the washing machine?

It is not recommended to use a washing machine; hand washing with mild soap and water is the safest and most effective method.

Are they slip-resistant?

While they provide good grip on standard surfaces, they are not certified as professional slip-resistant footwear.

Can children wear these with socks?

Yes, many children prefer wearing them with socks for extra warmth or to avoid friction during all-day wear.

Troubleshooting

Jibbitz charm falling out

Push the base of the charm firmly through the hole until it snaps into place from the underside.

Dirty surface stains

Use a soft sponge or cloth with mild dish soap and warm water; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.

Heel strap feels loose

Ensure the pivots are properly aligned with the side holes and that the strap is not overstretched.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Incredibly lightweight and easy for kids to put on
Water-friendly and quick-drying design
Includes eight collectible Mario and Luigi Jibbitz
Easy to clean with just soap and water
Highly breathable with signature port ventilation

Cons

Not suitable for formal occasions
Open design allows sand and pebbles to enter
Heel strap may wear out over long-term heavy use

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your clogs last, keep them away from extreme heat, such as leaving them in direct sunlight or a hot car, as the material can warp. If the clogs become dirty, simply wash them with cool water and mild soap. The Jibbitz charms are interchangeable, allowing your child to swap them with other Jibbitz to customize their look. For the best fit, ensure the heel strap is positioned behind the ankle during active play and moved forward for a slip-on style when relaxing.
