Can the Jibbitz charms be moved?

Yes, you can remove and reposition the charms in any of the ventilation holes on the upper.

Are these suitable for wide feet?

The Classic Clog design is naturally wide and provides a roomy fit, generally accommodating most foot shapes.

Can my child wear these in the water?

Yes, they are water-friendly and buoyant, making them perfect for pool or beach use.

How do I secure the heel strap?

Simply rotate the strap from the top of the shoe to the back of the heel for a more secure fit.

Troubleshooting

Charms falling out of holes

Ensure the base of the Jibbitz charm is completely pushed through the hole until you hear a click.

Clog appears slightly misshapen

Avoid leaving the shoes in hot cars or direct sunlight; usually, the material will return to its shape at room temperature.

Dirt stuck in sole detailing

Use a soft brush or a high-pressure water spray to gently clear debris from the dimensional terrain detailing.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These clogs are ready to wear immediately out of the box. To maintain their appearance and structure, keep them away from extreme heat sources, such as direct sunlight for extended periods or high-heat dryers, as this can cause the material to warp. For routine cleaning, use cool water and mild soap. If the Jibbitz charms come loose, they can be re-inserted by pushing the base through the ventilation hole at an angle. Ensure you regularly check the tread on the sole to ensure it remains clear of heavy mud or debris for better traction.
