FAQs

Are these clogs waterproof?

Yes, they are made from water-friendly material and are ideal for water-based activities.

Can I remove the Mario Jibbitz?

Yes, the Jibbitz are removable, allowing you to customize the placement or swap them with other charms.

How should I clean the graphics?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth using mild soap. Avoid scrubbing with abrasive sponges that could damage the print.

Is the sizing consistent with other Crocs?

Yes, these follow the standard Crocs sizing guide for children's footwear.

Are they safe to leave in the sun?

It is recommended to avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or hot cars, as the material can warp under extreme heat.

Troubleshooting

Jibbitz charm falls out

Ensure the base of the charm is fully pushed through the ventilation hole from the inside to create a firm seal.

Shoes feel loose

Adjust the pivoting heel strap to the back position to provide a more secure fit around the heel.

Dirt stuck in sole terrain details

Use a soft-bristle brush or old toothbrush with mild soapy water to dislodge debris from the intricate sole patterns.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These clogs come ready to wear with all Jibbitz charms pre-installed. To ensure the longest lifespan, keep these shoes away from extreme heat, such as direct sunlight for prolonged periods or high-heat appliances, as this can cause the foam material to warp or shrink.

Cleaning is straightforward: use cold water and a mild soap. For the intricate Mario-themed details, avoid harsh chemical cleaners which could strip the vibrant colors or damage the graphic prints. If the Jibbitz charms become loose, simply push them back through the ventilation holes from the inside of the clog.
