FAQs

Are these clogs true to size?

Yes, they follow standard children's sizing. It is recommended to check the size guide based on your child's UK foot measurement.

Can I put these in the washing machine?

It is not recommended. Hand cleaning with mild soap and water is the safest way to preserve the graphics and charms.

Are the Jibbitz charms removable?

Yes, you can pop the included Jibbitz out and customize your clogs with other charms of the same size.

Can these be worn in the pool?

Absolutely. They are water-friendly, buoyant, and quick to dry.

Do the straps break easily?

The pivoting straps are durable, but ensure they are not stretched beyond their natural range of motion.

Troubleshooting

Jibbitz charms becoming loose

Push the base of the charm firmly through the ventilation hole from the inside to ensure the anchor is properly seated.

Material feels slippery when wet

Ensure the foot is dry before putting on the clogs, or rinse the inside of the clog and wipe away any accumulated dirt or debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

These clogs are ready to wear immediately out of the box. To maintain their appearance, wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth or use mild soap and cool water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial detergents, as these may damage the graphic prints or the adhesive properties of the decorative elements. While the Jibbitz charms are included, they can be removed or rearranged by pushing them through the ventilation holes from the inside. Store the shoes in a cool, shaded area when not in use to prevent the materials from warping due to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
