This Mountain Warehouse Children's/Kids Polar Zone Printed Jacket & Salopettes Set in Pink Floral, size 9-10 years, is designed for active young children needing protection from the elements. Its key benefit is the combination of water resistance and insulation, making it ideal for outdoor play in varied weather. A potential consideration is the snug fit, which may require careful sizing for comfort during extended wear.

The set features a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, making it water-resistant and suitable for light rain and splashes. It is not designed to be fully waterproof for prolonged exposure to heavy rain.
The fleece lining provides an additional layer of insulation and softness, enhancing comfort and warmth in cooler weather.
The set offers good insulation, but for extreme cold, it is recommended to layer with thermal base layers underneath. The snug fit facilitates layering.
The fit is described as 'snug'. Refer to the size guide for children's UK sizes and consider if your child prefers a looser fit when choosing a size.
Yes, machine wash at 30°C with similar colours. Avoid bleach, tumble dry on low, and iron on a low setting. Do not dry clean.
'PFC Free' means that the water-repellent treatment used on the fabric does not contain perfluorinated chemicals, which are considered more environmentally friendly.
The DWR finish may have worn off. Consider re-applying a DWR treatment suitable for outdoor clothing after washing.
Ensure the garment is layered appropriately for the temperature. The insulation is moderate and may require a thermal base layer in very cold conditions.
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to free it. You can also apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil lead) or wax to the zipper teeth for smoother operation.
This set requires no assembly. It is designed for direct wear.
