This set is designed for kids, with specific sizing available (e.g., Size: 5-6).
The jacket has a water-resistant DWR finish, which is suitable for light rain or snow, but it is not fully waterproof for heavy downpours.
The jacket features a warm fleece lining for insulation.
The product description mentions elasticated and stretch cuffs, and the fit is generally snug. Specific adjustability features for the salopettes themselves (like straps) would need to be checked on the product details.
Yes, it can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleaching and high heat drying.
PFC Free indicates that the water-repellent treatment used on the fabric does not contain perfluorinated chemicals, which are considered more environmentally friendly.
The jacket has two side pockets.
Ensure the stormflap is not caught in the zipper. Gently pull the zipper up and down. If needed, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) to the zipper teeth.
The DWR finish may need refreshing. Consider using a specialized outdoor wash and reproofing product suitable for polyester.
Check if the size selected is appropriate. While designed for a snug fit, ensure there is enough room for movement. Adjust any available straps or elastication for a better fit.
Setup: This is a ready-to-wear garment set. Ensure the jacket is zipped up and the salopettes are adjusted for a comfortable fit.
Compatibility: Suitable for general outdoor wear for children. The sizing is provided in UK children's sizes. Please refer to the size chart for specific measurements.
