The adidas Duramo SL 2 Running Shoes are designed for adult female runners looking to transition from beginner-level training to 10k distances with consistent comfort. These trainers provide a balanced experience featuring a breathable engineered mesh upper and responsive cushioning, though they are specifically tuned for short-to-medium distance road running rather than technical trail or high-speed racing.

No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity and cushioning properties of the shoe. Use a damp cloth to clean.
These are optimized for short-to-medium distance runs. While durable, they may lack the specific technology needed for full marathon-length endurance.
The weight is approximately 247 grams for a UK size 5.5.
The shoe features an 8 mm drop, with 31 mm in the heel and 23 mm in the forefoot.
The Duramo SL 2 features a regular fit, which is generally true to standard athletic shoe sizing.
Yes, their stable construction makes them suitable for light gym work, though they are primarily optimized for road running.
Use the extra eyelet at the top of the lacing system to create a 'runner's loop' for a more secure heel lock.
Feet naturally swell during exercise; consider loosening the laces slightly before starting your run or opting for thin, technical moisture-wicking socks.
To ensure your adidas Duramo SL 2 shoes last, utilize the lace closure system to customize the tension across the midfoot before every run. Because these feature a textile and synthetic mesh upper, they are prone to dust and mud accumulation. To clean, remove excess dirt with a soft brush, then wipe the upper with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can degrade the synthetic mesh and adhesive bonds. Store them in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the cushioning foam.
