The adidas Duramo SL 2 Trainers are designed for adult runners seeking a reliable, entry-level shoe that transitions smoothly from daily training to 10k races. Featuring the lightweight LIGHTMOTION midsole and a supportive mesh upper, these trainers offer an ideal balance of comfort and stability for mid-distance running. While they excel in durability and everyday training, they may not provide the high-end energy return required for elite marathon racing or high-intensity track sprints.

These trainers are primarily designed for road and treadmill surfaces. They may lack the aggressive lug pattern needed for technical trail terrain.
It is recommended to clean these trainers by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the integrity of the materials and cushioning.
The Duramo SL 2 weighs approximately 247 grams for a standard women's size 38 2/3.
These trainers feature an 8mm drop, with 31mm in the heel and 23mm in the forefoot.
The engineered mesh upper is designed for breathability rather than water resistance; they will likely soak through if used in heavy rain.
Yes, the cushioning and stable design make them excellent for walking and general fitness activities.
Ensure the laces are tied snugly to keep your heel firmly pressed into the padded back collar. If the issue persists, consider replacing the insole with one that offers more arch support.
The deep tread pattern of the Adiwear outsole is designed for grip, which may trap small pebbles. Use a blunt tool or a firm brush to regularly clean the grooves to maintain traction.
To ensure the longevity of your Duramo SL 2 trainers, secure the laces with a standard runner's knot to ensure a tight but comfortable fit. The shoes are designed for a standard fit, so they are generally compatible with true-to-size sizing. To care for your footwear, remove excess dirt after each run using a soft-bristled brush. If the trainers become wet, air dry them at room temperature; avoid placing them directly near heat sources like radiators, as this can damage the synthetic materials and the cushioning foam.
